When are items dispatched?

This depends on the postage/collection option you chose at checkout.

For Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 postage, items are usually dispatched three times per week, on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday - sometimes quicker.

If you selected the local collection option, please ensure you have emailed/called first to make arrangements.

An item I want is out of stock, or I’m looking for a different variant. Can you get it in for me?

It’s always worth asking the question! If I am able to get an item in on request for you, I absolutely will.

How are fabrics and other cut goods sold?

Fabrics, webbing, interfacing, foam, mesh and other cut goods are sold in 25cm (¼ metre) increments.

For example:

  • Quantity 1 = 25cm

  • Quantity 2 = 50cm

  • Quantity 3 = 75cm

  • Quantity 4 = 1 metre

If you order more than one increment, your fabric will be cut as one continuous piece wherever possible.

If you order 1 qty of fabric, this will usually be cut as a metric fat quarter. If you prefer this to be a long quarter, please put a note on your order at checkout.
